Up to 3 Years additional Extended Warranty

After becoming a member and have been assigned a specific Tier, your Pro-Tech Dealer Program account is automatically linked with every system you register thereafter and you will be granted the additional extended 1, 2, or 3 years of warranty. Tiers are assigned at the beginning of the calendar year, based on the number of systems sold and registered through the Pro-Tech Dealer Program during the previous calendar year.

To assist you with all your installations and troubleshooting, we have put together a library of educational videos, tutorials and courses to answer questions you might run into.

BRAVO will host events and will extend invitations to GOLD Tier Members to attend and participate with their travel expenses covered by BRAVO. Some previously sponsored events include NASCAR Racing.

This loyalty program has been designed with a purpose of rewarding the contractors and technicians who remain loyal to our brand. Members will have the opportunity to accrue points to be used towards Merchandise and earn higher Tier status for additional extended warranties and other great benefits.

NOTE: Extended warranty conditions are validated at the time of unit registration, previously registered units cannot be extended.

Once your company has been successfully verified and your one-year contract has been signed, BRAVO will issue a "Certificate of Excellence" to your company for the program. This certificate will serve as Identification and Proof of your participation in the program. Authorization must be renewed each year.
